Statement of Cancellation
You may cancel your monument order with no questions asked within one week (7 days) after you’ve placed your order to receive a 100% refund of your deposit.
If cancelled after one week but before the engraving process begins, we will provide a 50% refund of your total payment.
No refund will be issued once the monument has been engraved.
Cancellations for special orders, such as and not limited to custom stone shapes, carvings, and/or after the approval of the final layout, will require an additional design fee of 30% of the original deposit.
WHAT IF there is a mistake on the finished monument?
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Our teams work very closely with you throughout the design process to make any changes until you are 100% satisfied.
We do not move forward with the engraving until we receive your final approval on the design. If the formal design process is followed and the layout is carefully reviewed before approval to move forward to engraving, there will not be any mistakes on the finished monument, hence why your feedback throughout the process is crucial as part of our professional services to help us ensure you are happy with the final design before production.
WARRANTY
Memorial Galleries Inc. provides a lifetime warranty to the original owner of our monuments installed by our team. We will replace the monument should there be any manufacturing defects or damage to the monument caused by our team during the engraving or installation process. However, non-manufacturing defects or damages due to mishandling by a third party will not be covered by our lifetime warranty.
Natural Materials
At Memorial Galleries, we pride ourselves on sourcing high-quality materials for our clients. Some of which are natural materials that are derived from our beautiful planet, which may contain naturally occurring variations in pattern, colour, and/or saturation. These minor differences are not recognized as manufacturing defects or inferior. Clients purchasing products containing natural materials agree to accept this.
